Processing Times
All orders are processed within 4 - 7 business days from the date your order is placed. You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please allow for complete processing times before inquiring about your order.
Processing times are separate from shipping and delivery times.
Shipping Policy
A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will follow once your order ships.
Estimated transit time once shipped is 5–7 business days. Keep in mind that we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
Our primary shipping methods include USPS Ground and UPS Ground. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.
Refunds/Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to process returns. This means that all purchases are final.
